Package 3 - ELD inspection (Floor scan with electric pulse device) + report .ELD scanning is the most in-depth package of all roof inspection methods. The check shall be carried out with a corresponding apparatus for crumble. We have a number of separate equipment, depending on the need and scope of the inspection. The device allows you to find even the smallest roof damage, moisture areas and leakage locations. The scan provides an accurate assessment of the technical condition of the creamcake and its waterproofness. The ELD verification may be carried out either as a dry check (high-voltage test) or as a low-voltage test (low-voltage test) and the ceiling shall also be visually checked.
ELD scanning shall be carried out across the entire ceiling, including pass points. The ELD scan allows you to detect the damage to the crevice and to locate ceiling leaks without breaking the structures. Quality assurance of new built-in cream ceilings with ELD scanning in reception situations is possible but and only where the roof is constructed in accordance with ASTMD 7877-24 or D 8231-19. After the ELD scan, we will provide the subscriber with a photo-based report describing the condition of the crematorium, a list of errors and their exact location + suggestions for correction.
Package 3 is suitable for the subscriber if there are problems with leaks on the roof that have not been resolved by visual inspection. It is also suitable for a subscriber who wants to receive a very accurate statement about the waterproofness of the creamy pot and to identify potential leaks or possible moisture deviations on the roof. ELD audit is also suitable as an objective quality assurance in reception situations if the roof is constructed in accordance with ASTMD 7877-24 or D8231-19.
